Follow the steps below to get developer options on Fire TV Stick:
1. From the home screen of your FireStick scroll to the right and select the gear.
2. Scroll down and select My Fire TV.
3. Choose About.
4. Select the first option in about 7 times in a row. This is should be labeled something like Fire TV Stick.
5. The 7th time you select Fire TV Stick it should say You already have developer options. You now have developer options on your FireStick.
