Dragonhawk Soul can be found while doing runs into Torghast, Tower of the Damned.
You have to look for Lost Soul (/tar doesnt work).
Can appear in a lot of layers / most of times on floor 2.
For me spawn in Coldheart Interstitia: Layer 9 / Floor 2.
Other players have found in Mort'regar & The Upper Reaches: Layer 12 / Floor 2.
