How to get help from Pldt

1. if you tried calling PLDT 171 / 177 and still you receive no help
2. Try this method
3. When the first time applying for an account. PLDT assign a Relation Manager to you.
4. Get the cellphone number of email and ask for help of the Relation manager
5. If for some reason you din not manage to get the email or cellphone number of the relation manager
6. You can get it Via PLDT office or asking the 171 / 177 hotline
7. Tell your relation manager the problem and ask for help
