PvP and Offline farming to me personally are equal for Human Dregs. Many people consistently and reliably PvP outside of Pontiff Sulyvahn's bonfire in Anor Londo. This is also the same area where you can farm Deacons, either in Saint Aldrich's Bonfire or at Pontiff's. You only need 10 for all achievements.
