This mod took me a couple days but it has almost all if not all items in the game at the start of the game.

Facts:
1. No this cant get you banned ( unless you use Dev sword in pvp)
2. Lightly Modded is max 75 everything
3. Heavely Modded is 100k everything
4. Online Modded is 45 everything
5. A Save without out quest items and dev items. also is only level 7
6. Whatever i didnt get you can get from farming.

Instructions:
1. Open Steam and Turn Off Cloud Saving
2. Navigate to C:\Users\YOURNAME\AppData\Local\LOTF2\Saved\SaveGames
3. Backup your save and replace with mine
4. Load Save and Load Character Jay
5. Let me know if it needs improving or what not
