This shows how to get into Zora's Domain without using Zelda's Lullaby. It's probably not faster this way, but it's fun doing things that weren't intended by the developers. Anyway, grab a cucco (the one near the beginning of Zora's River is best) and take it to where you would normally play Zelda's lullaby.
If you jump straight at the waterfall you won't get passed it, but there is actually a gap between the waterfall and the wall behind it which means if you come from the side you can squeeze behind the waterfall and into the cave. With the cucco in hand go up the slope to the left of (if facing) the waterfall. Jump off of the ledge toward the back wall and fly toward the cave. If you do it right you should go behind the waterfall. (PS I doubt this works in the 3DS version, but as of this point I have not tested it out for myself.)
