This method works with all mobs as long as you get the Id right. Here is the command. "~" represents the coordinate of where you want to put the spawner when it is set. Exact spelling and caps is important!
/setblock ~ ~ ~ minecraft:mob_spawner 0 replace {EntityId:VillagerGolem}
