This artifact is required for the Megapithecus boss fight at all three difficulties (Gamma, Beta, and Alpha).

To farm this cave, you will need:

-Hide armor (preferable Apprentice quality or higher, if possible)
-Antidote and Medical Brew (for Rabies)
-A Sabretooth or Megalania (with WICKED GOOD Health and Melee)
-An Otter or excellent Fortitude stats (because this cave can be a bit chilly)
-A crossbow or shotgun (increased quality recommended)
-Grappling Hooks (to reach the secret passage way)
-Parachutes (in case you fall)
-Quick thinking (REQUIRED for ALL of ASA's caves!!!)
