This can also open up PKHeX to work with save files for Pokemon X, Pokemon Y, Pokemon Omega Ruby and Pokemon Alpha Sapphire! How to play games with no region lock, how to PKHeX with an updated firmware, how to manage save files through the Nintendo 3DS via the Homebrew channel, how to get the Homebrew channel through YouTube on the Nintendo 3DS, and how to use the Homebrew launcher on the Nintendo 3DS!

This is a tutorial on how you can get the Homebrew Channel! While it does not have much to offer right now, there will be more to offer in the future! You can use either Ironfall or YouTube to get the Homebrew Channel, but the reason why most people use the YouTube way (Tubehax) instead of the Ironfall way (Ironhax) is because Ironfall was taken off of the eShop while YouTube is still on there, so Smealum (the person who made Homebrew available on the 3DS) made an exploit for YouTube so people can get it through this way! STEPS USED ON HOW TO GET THE HOMEBREW CHANNEL:
1. Turn off your 3DS completely, and download this the mediafire link above.
2. Extract all the contents in the archive to the root of your SD Card.
3. Put your SD Card in your 3DS, turn on your 3DS and go into your System Settings.
4. Go to Internet Settings and choose your connection.
5. Go to the second page and select DNS.
6. Turn auto-obtain OFF and put this as your Primary DNS: "107.211.140.065"
7. Close System Settings and save changes.
8. Launch YouTube, and when asked to select a firmware, select USA if you live in North America, EUR if you live in Europe/Austalia or JPN if you live in Japan. Select "OLD 9.9.0" if you have a regular 3DS/2DS/3DS XL and "NEW 9.9.0" if you the NEW 3DS/NEW 3DS XL.
9. Submit and you have the Homebrew Channel!
