Steps :
Making the truth serum

Step 1: After powering the facility, speak to Peck (Mission control)
Step 2: Head back and speak to Ravenov, he will give you a key card
Step 3: Locate the three Serums, one in Village, one in Engineering and finally one in Colonels office
Step 4: Head over to the field hospital and mix the 3 serums together. Warning, Flame hounds will spawn.
Step 5: Once mixed, collect the Agent Delivery System and head over to the roof area below the dome. Use the vent system to fill Pecks room with the gas
Step 6: Talk to Peck and after running through a memory of his wife you will have completed this step
