The first step is downloading XRay for Minecraft 1.21.5. You are going to be downloading the XRay 1.21.5 texture pack called XRay Ultimate.

Download XRay 1.21.5 texture pack here: https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/texture-packs/xray-ultimate-1-11-compatible/files/all?page=1

On that page, click the ā€œDownload XRay Ultimateā€ button to go to the official XRay Ultimate download page.

Click the download button next to this version, and Minecraft XRay will begin downloading (AKA: 1.21.5).

Next, play Minecraft 1.21.5, and from the main menu, click on ā€œOptionsā€. Then, select ā€œResource Packsā€. Finally, click the ā€œOpen Pack Folderā€ button. This will open your resourcepacks folder. Drag-and-drop the 1.21.5 XRay Ultimate file into the resource packs folder.

When you click ā€œDoneā€ XRay 1.21.5 will be active.

To turn off XRay in Minecraft 1.21.5, hit escape to open up the Minecraft pause menu. Then, click on Resource Packs. Move XRay Ultimate to the ā€œAvailableā€ packs section by hover over it and clicking the arrow. When you click done, XRay 1.21.5 will be disabled!
