How to Get your Oculus Account Back | Recover Oculus Quest 2
123In this tutorial video, I will quickly guide you on how you can recover your deleted or lost oculus account.
Simply open your browser and head over to oculus.com once you head over to oculus.com on the right hand side you can see the profile like i could simply click on the profile like icon and here you can see have an oculus account option if you if you actually have an oculus account and you are trying to recover it simply enter your email and password or the account which i deleted was actually locked in with my facebook so i am simply going to click on login with facebook and then here continue as my name and as you can see a red text which says your oculus account is currently scheduled for deletion please contact oculus support as you can see it is not like other social media platforms such as facebook snapchat or tick tock where you delete your account and you can actually enter your email and password and then try to regain access to it very very easily this process over here in this oculus account is actually really really tricky so simply follow through all the steps described in this video so first what you want to do is as it says you want to contact the oculus support but you can't actually find the link of where you want to contact it so first what you want to do is go open your new tab and head over to gmail.com make sure you are signed into the gmail of which you created your oculus account with and and search for the mail which you received during the time of the deletion of your account as you can see i just tried to delete my oculus account previously so i have the option which is oculus data deletion confirmation if you don't have it or it's or if it it is already somewhere else for people what you want to do is simply in the search mail option just type in oculus data deletion confirmation and open the mail which you received during the deletion of your account so this is the mail which you received during the deletion of your account which says hi bmw we received a request to delete your oculus data you can no longer use oculus and other people won't be able to see anything about you and so on and on the bottom in the last paragraph or in the last stanza you can also see if you change your mind. You can also see which of the following did you use before contacting support today choose all that apply you can make it simply select any of these and then you can if you want to you can also include a screenshot of you know your of this page where it says your oculus account is currently scheduled for deletion you can simply create a screenshot and then once you do all the steps simply click on the blue button which says submit so usually what happens is uh a customer specialist will be in touch with you as soon as possible what you want to do is simply wait for all you get all you need to do is wait till you receive your email when they get back to you on how you can regain access to your lost accuracy account.
