How To Get YouTube Famous

There were a couple of things that I saw in the metrics that I wanted to see what could be improved.
1st: Original video saw a 22% retention, which is low. Biggest drop in 1st 15 secs. So this edit streamlines that and gets into the content fast.
2nd: Original video had about a 2.5% click through conversion to view the video, which is on the low end. Looking to double that. This version changes both the title and the image.

YouTube fame is pretty awesome. Or so we heard. You get the adulation from people you don't know, hate mail from trolls who think they know you, and family members start to pretend like they don't know you. So we're sharing some tips on how to vlog and blow up on the internet. Guaranteed to get me views, and potentially might be helpful for you too.
