Sometimes you don't realize just how much of an influence someone was until they pass away. I honestly don't know what I would be doing today if I didn't grow up with Stan's work and influence. Pretty much all my favorite superheroes as a kid were conjured from his mind. Despite all this, there was one thing about him that left the biggest impression on me: His never wavering passion to create.
