How to Give Feedback: General and Specific
7Feedback is imperative in our lives and how we get better as individuals. A lot of people have experienced feedback in a plethora of different ways and unfortunately we don't really understand the "ingredients" for the most part unless someone has trained us. I've spent a lot of my work history training people on how to give feedback and explaining the ingredients.
