13How to GoWiPe!! A successful GoWiPe strategy is all about timing and the enemies base design...
Strategy

Firstly it is all about base design, if the enemy has an easy Wall Breaker push to the Town Hall (TH) then the GoWiPe can be very successful.
GoWiPe is an acronym for Golem, Wizard and PEKKA. Using a combination of these troops you have Tanks (Golem and PEKKA), Mid DPS (Damage per second PEKKA) and full DPS (Wizards).
Combining these troops with Wall Breakers, 2 Rage, a Heal and Lightning Spell and excellent timing will ensure victory in war.
The base in the video and a weak bottom push for wall breakers, as there were no other compartments leading to the Town Hall.
It had very little defenses and partial building coverage.
The number 1 important thing when executing a GoWiPe is to ensure all the buildings within range are destroyed before deploying your PEKKA's as they go for the closet building. Ensure this is not the case (See the video for more details)
To help your troops push to the core, drop a Rage on them (very useful for Wall Breakers) and finally ensure you take out the Clan Castle troops before deploying your entire army.
Following these rules you should be able to execute the GoWiPe strategy easily for TH9 mid to high level build specifications.
