Courage sometimes seems as if it originally was connected to male traits and still we often therefor feel the need to ‚grow a pair‘ as a woman to be able to pursue our own career and life paths. This talk critically reflects the challenge of being a courageous woman in these days, drawing from business experience as well as a scientific background in psychology, philosophy, and sociology.
