This video will show you how to set a Video as Your Desktop Wallpaper with VLC. Here are the steps:
1. Launch VLC and select Tools and click Preferences.
2. On the Preferences windows, choose the Video button.
3. Under Video Settings, set DirectX video output from the Output dropdown list. Click Save and then exit VLC.
4. After that, choose a video and begin opening it with VLC. Right-click on the screen, click Video and select Set as Wallpaper to apply the video as your desktop wallpaper.
