-Locate the chat you want to hide.
-In iOS devices, you can: Hide the chat by swiping it to the left (Call, hide and delete option will come)
-In Android devices, you can: Hold down the chat button (A dialogue box will appear with two options- Delete chat and Hide chat)
-Now select Hide chat. (Another dialogue box will appear, requesting that you -Enter the 4-digit secret PIN.)
