How to Hide Columns and Rows in Excel. Shows how to hide and unhide columns and rows in Excel.
You can hide a row or column by using the Hide command, or by changing the row height or column width to 0 (zero). You can display either again by using the Unhide command.
You can unhide specific rows and columns, or you can unhide all hidden rows and columns at the same time. If you hide the first row or column in a worksheet, you follow a different process.
This tutorial will apply for Microsoft Excel 2021, 2019, 2013, and 2010 for both Windows (such as Dell, HP, Lenovo, Samsung, Toshiba, Acer, Asus) and macOS (MacBook Air, MacBook Pro, MacBook Mini) devices.
