How to implement a Viewmodel system in Godot 4

This tutorial is intended to save people from the pain and agony I went through trying to solve this problem. You do not want to use a second viewport!
You can render your weapons and arms in front of everything so they don't clip into terrain. It also allows you to change the FOV of your viewmodels independently from the viewport fov.
