In the video, I said "the integral of position". I meant derivative. It was 3 am and I misspoke. The derivative of position is velocity. It seems like the engine will automatically compute that for a moving object which is awesome.
I'll update the repo for this controller soon, i just need to backport it to the more simplified character controller project since right now it's in my actual game.
