To import a save game in Kenshi, all that you have to do is click on Import Game at the main menu. After clicking on Import Game, you can then select your save game and then change any options for your game; like changing your hunger settings or resetting dead NPCs.
Some mods require you to import your save game before they can work correctly in your save. Another reason why you'd want to import your game is to fix weird bugs. It won't always fix them, but it could help.

#Kenshi can best be described as Rimworld in 3D. Both games share very similar qualities. In Kenshi, we can nearly do anything, like; being a trader or crafter, roaming the country side for treasure, and building a city. Kenshi can be very hard and unforgiving, so we must be careful. In this playthrough of Kenshi, we'll be playing as Okran, but with a twist. What if Okran was a skeleton? We'll be doing the holy sword start in this playthrough. The holy sword start, starts us of with a very powerful sword and with a very large bounty with both the Holy Nation and the United Cities. Our goal in this series is to bring down the Holy Nation.
