★ How to Increase Performance in ARK Survival Ascended ★
1) Bring up the console in-game using the tilde key (¬) and type "r.VolumetricCloud 0" to disable Volumetric Clouds. This alone will give you a very noticeable increase in performance! Annoyingly, this setting does NOT save so you'll have to do this each time you boot up ASA!
2) If you have a NVIDIA graphics card, turn on "DLSS" under the "RTX" tab in your settings. I use "Auto" for the Super Resolution setting and I have "NVIDIA Reflex Low Latency" turned on!
3) Under the "Video" tab, untick the "Max Frame Rate" setting. As for the rest of the settings, see below...

GLOBAL ILLUMINATION QUALITY ▶ Medium

LIGHT BLOOM ▶ Off
LIGHT SHAFTS ▶ Off
Play around with the above settings as you see fit! The above is just what I use and I use an RTX 3080 so scale down the settings if you have a lower end graphics card!
