Steps:
- From the document editor, click on ‘insert’ from the top toolbar , select ‘drawing’ and then select ‘new drawing’.
- On the drawing screen, click the shapes button.
- Hover over shapes to see a list of the shapes that can be drawn, select the one you want.
- Now click and drag with the mouse to create the shape.
- You can resize and change the color of the shape.
- You can add text to the shape by selecting the text box button or by simply typing. You can format the text like normal.
- Once you’re done, click ‘save and close’ .
- The shape will now be inserted into your document.
- To be able to freely move the shape around the document, select ‘wrap text’ and then choose a margin.
