I have added a custom module inside my custom addons folder. now from the terminal, I mentioned the custom addons folder path inside odoo.conf file.

Then restarted the odoo service. from the apps UI, enabled the debug mode, and upgrade the apps.

Once the latest apps are loaded we can search the recently added app in the list and install it. #odooapp
