You well need the following:

- WII
- Homebrew Channel
- SD Card

For Neo Geo Bio and "example game" to start off with:

Files you need to bring outside from the Neo Geo zipped folder into the ROMs folder:

-000-lo.lo
-sfix.sfx
-usa_2slt.bin

NOTE: Sometimes when you try to load a rom and it well say that its missing a certain file so just quickly open up your zipped Neo Geo bio folder and drag it out to the open on the ROMs folder as shown in this video with the 3 major files.
