Here's a video on how to quickly install bully and any other paid app APK (that you own)on any device you have. I have the premium version of Raccoon which is like 15$ cad and it's worthy if you have multiple devices that's why I can use the ADB installation method.

if you don't want to pay but still want to use raccoon you will have to do some different steps:

you'll need a files manager installed in your shield TV and a USB drive.

1. insert the APK and obb files in the USB drive (put in a folder so you don't get lost)

2. insert the usb drive in the usb slot of your shield TV and wait until your usb drive is usable in the shield tv

3. use your files manager in the shield tv and open the apk in your usb drive

4 click install

5. enjoy
