Yes, GTA IV for PC is outdated with its default textures, but let's spice it up! Using the iCEnhancer v2.1 graphics mod, you can make the game look so much more modern, almost GTA V like! Enjoy!

Note: I am using the 1.0.7.0 version and did not have any forseen issues.

Also make sure to make backup of files before installing the mod!
