0To install liveries or other mods in msfs2020 follow these steps in order
1) launch the game.
2) turn on dev mode in general options under developers in game.
3) click on tools in dev move select virtual file system
4) after clicking on virtual file system click on open community folder it should show you where it is.
5) close out of game with community folder still open.
6) open up chrome and search flysim.to and download a mod of some sort
7) do not extract the files in it unless it's a winrar folder
8) lastly click on the zipped file and the mod should show up copy and paste the files inside the zipped folder into the community folder. Then launch the game.
Go to marketplace and click content manager look for the mod in installed items
