Download Forge Mod Loader: https://files.minecraftforge.net/
Get Java if needed from here: https://java.com
Follow the steps below to install texture packs in Minecraft Java:
1. Open a browser and navigate to https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/.
2. Find and download the mod you want to add to Minecraft.
3. Navigate to https://files.minecraftforge.net/ and download the appropriate version for your mod.
4. Install Minecraft Forge.
5. Select the Windows start button in the taskbar and type Run. Select Run.
6. Type %appdata% and hit enter.
7. Open the folder labeled .minecraft then open mods.
8. Copy the Minecraft mod you downloaded into the Mods folder.
9. Open Minecraft Java and select Forge in the dropdown in the bottom left before selecting Play.
10. Minecraft will then open with your mods installed
