Unzip the contents of the zip folder & copy the 2 folders to the root of your SD card!
Make sure your Aroma Environment is Updated to the latest version!
Make sure your time & date are correct to update with Aroma Updater!
Create a roms folder, then inside that folder create sub folders with all the system you wanna emulate on Retroarch!
