Thanks to xda member mrmako777 you can now get the Android 4.2 keyboard on most Android 4.0+ devices. Here you will learn how to install the upcoming Android 4.2 Keyboard with Gestures. The requirements are that you are running Android 4.0+, So Ice Cream Sandwich (ICS 4.0) or Jelly Bean (JB 4.1)is required.

-Enable 'Unknown Sources': In order to install an .apk file from your devices SDcard or internal memory, you first need to enable 'Unknown Sources' from settings/security.
-Using Android 4.0+, Ice Cream Sandwich, go to Settings/Security and enable 'Unknown Sources'.

-Use the link below to install the Free ES File Explorer File Manager(Play Store) or download and install the apk version.
-Download the Gesture Keyboard .apk files, directly to your device Or Download it to a PC/Mac and then transfer it over with the USB cable.
-Use the ES File Explorer to find the Gesture Keyboard .apk and install it.
Or
-Install the files downloaded directly to your device by clicking on the download complete notifications.
-By default downloads will end up in the" Download" folder on your device.
