How to Install the Pc Engine Emulator on the Nintendo 3DS!

Unzip the Folders Contents, then take the temperpce_3DS.cia file and place it on your cias Folder on your SD Card!
Take the temperpce_3DS_top.PNG file & place it on the root of your SD card!
Create a Roms folder and place all of your roms in the TG16/PCE folder!
This emulator runs TG16 / Pc Engine Games!
Install the emulator cia file using FBI application!
