just download, un-rar (extract) and put in pSX folder 2:03 on video and it should work :)

How to fix "requires a bios image":
Download the Bios 15 Pack and the SCPH7502 from the description;
put all the bios files from the download in your bios folder,
then start it and when it says place the bios's in the folder,
click ok,
go to file, configuration, bios,
set the ps1 Bios to: SCPH1001.bin
and set the ps2 Bios to: SCPH7502.bin
click ok, restart the emulator and try again
Memory Cards (Thanks to Area51ZeroX)
File, Configurations, Memory Card.
click on the dots (....)
File Name: Just type in your own Memory Card name and click open
now you can save in the game
