put both in "Windows\System32\drivers\" overwriting old files

After you have written Windows to your SD card

Still on your Windows computer

put file winpatch.exe in root of C

cmd run as administrator

cd ..
cd ..

below change h to the letter of your windows drive

winpatch h:\Windows\System32\drivers\USBXHCI.SYS 910063E8370000EA 910063E8360000EA 3700010AD5033F9F 3600010AD5033F9F

after first boot of Windows 10 on your Pi 4

open cmd as admin on pi 4.
copy this "bcdedit /deletevalue {default} truncatememory"
and paste in cmd reboot and you will have your 3GB no need to reinstall anything.
