Step 1: First, login to the ESXi server. For this, enter the ESXi IP address using a web browser. Then enter your username and password to log in.

Step 2: On the main page of ESXi, click on the "Virtual Machines" tab. Next, click on "Create / Register VM".

Step 3: When creating a virtual machine, you need to specify its name and location. Then click "Customize Settings" to adjust the settings of the virtual machine. Here, the virtual machine's RAM, processor, hard disk, etc. you can make the settings.

Step 4: In the virtual machine settings section, click "CD/DVD Drive". Here, select "Datastore ISO File" and point to the location of the Windows 10 ISO file.

Step 5: After completing the virtual machine settings, click "Power on" and start the virtual machine to start the Windows 10 installation.

Step 6: When the virtual machine starts, the Windows 10 installation will continue as a normal Windows installation. During installation, configure options such as language, keyboard layout, and license agreement, and also customize settings.

Step 7: When the Windows 10 virtual machine is ready, click Actions / Guest OS / Install VMware Tools to install the drivers for virtual hardware devices.

Step 8: Read the information in the first window of the VMware Tools wizard and proceed. Then select Complete as the installation type and wait for the drivers to be installed. Restart the virtual system and check the screen resolution or other devices.
