This video tutorial shows you how to install VMware vSphere Hypervisor ESXi 8.0 (8.0b) on a physical server or computer.

Preparing Bootable ISO with Rufus: 0:00
Installing ESXi: 1:50
Connecting to ESXi Server: 16:40

Step 1: Burn the ESXi ISO file to a flash drive using Rufus.

Step 2: After your computer starts up, boot from your flash memory.

Step 3: After opening #vSphere #ESXi, wait for the Installer to load.

Step 4: Wait while the necessary files are unzipped and the necessary modules are loaded.

Step 5: Press Enter on the ESXi installation welcome screen.

Step 6: Press F11 to accept the end-user license agreement.

Step 7: Wait while your computer scans for available devices.

Step 8: Select your disk to upgrade or install and press Enter.

Step 9: Select your keyboard layout and press Enter.

Step 10: Create a strong and hard-to-guess Root password and press Enter.

Step 11: Press Enter on the CPU warning screen.

Step 12: Press F11 to install ESXi 8.0.0.

Step 13: After installing vSphere, your server or computer will restart.

Step 14: After the server restarts, type the IP address obtained from DHCP into your web browser and press Enter to manage your host.

Step 15: On the vSphere login screen, type the password you created in the username field and the password you created in the root password field and click Log in.
