@comex has just released http://jailbreakme.com version 3.0, which supports ALL of the latest devices (including the iPad 2)! After about half an hour of issues, it was finally fixed and everything seems to be working just fine.
The jailbreak is very simple:
1. Open MobileSafari on your iDevice.
2. Go to jailbreakme.com.
3. Tap on "free".
4. Tap on "install".
5. Cydia will then download and install onto your device.
That's it! This is an UNTETHERED jailbreak, so you can reboot your device whenever you want without having to rejailbreak.
