In order to do it with just two heroes within the first minute of the game starting, you will require:
URSA - fury swipes for the win - stack them up to eventually kill Roshan - once you get to 30 fury swipes you deal 450 extra damage per hit!
Other hero - Keeps both Ursa and themselves alive long enough in order for Ursa to finish the job
