By now we all know that the controller scheme for Arma Reforger is probably the worst one in the history of video games, but after playing the game on Xbox (and on PC with an Xbox Controller) I have finally worked out how to move my aim while leaning, sort of at the same time.
The trick is to Aim Down Sight (ADS) with your left trigger, then press and hold RB (top right shoulder / bumper button), and adjust your angle of aim with the right stick. Then release RB and you'll be aim to now use the right-stick to adjust your aim, as you normally could, then strafe and move around the corner safely.
To come out of lean either exit ADS or press and hold RB and use the right stick to adjust your angle of lean!
