I have an amazing website idea and layout in the back of my mind and want to make it into a reality. I've been a level 1 technology user since childhood and have only recently started to observe how everything works and asking specific questions regarding websites, code, general technology etc. I've gained some knowledge through forums, websites, youtube and yourself but it's not enough to create what I want. This is why I avoided the computer science degree in my college because although it's very rigorous and valuable, it won't really specify what I want to build. Web development schools are an OK investment but I want my website my way. I tried Wordpress but it was a disaster because my website won't really promote a small business and the options were very limited. This will be like the next big thing which is why I have to master HTML, CSS and JavaScript. The thing is that I have to make this website perfect and it will also have things like categories, subcategories, custom dropdown search, web application, minigame and I am struggling a bit on finding these types of specific information. I understand that you mention about reading books in your videos but do you think that If I read these books they will help me create these things and this amazing website? How can I get started man I need your advice.
One thing that kind of might help me is (TheOdinProject) if you know about it let me know if this will be good for me because it actually is specifically for web development and starts from Level 1 and basics which is what I need and even has practical exercise and projects in it! like even re-making the google homepage, snake game etc. Let me know what you think or can even help me create my project
