Please keep in mind, there's a ton of suggestion out there on how to recover your enhancement tab that don't work for everyone. This method may also not work for you but I still decided to make a video of it as an extra option for the public.

This issue was more wide received than I thought. I notice in the comments of many videos related to low sound problems with computers that many people didn't have the 'enhancement tab' under their playback device when trying to search for it.

This is just a quick video I made to help those get it back.

SIMPLY PUT:
START
DEVICE MANAGER
SOUND,VIDEO, AND GAME CONTROLLERS
SELECT YOUR CURRENT HIGH DEF AUDIO
RIGHT CLICK
UPDATE SOFTWARE DRIVER
BROWSE MY COMPUTER FOR DRI....
LET ME PICK FROM A LIST OF DEV....
SELECT HIGH DEF AUDIO DEVICE
NEXT

Once done, it should tell you it needs to restart, If not do it anyways. Once you restart your pc, your enhancement tab should be there now.
