So my waistline is 103cm now, 4cm less than the first video.
I will gradually share with you the tips I have been using each video. In this video I will share with you the secret about Calorie Density. All you have to do for weight loss is to stick to the foods that have LESS Calorie Density (e.g. Vegetables, beans, legumes, fruit).
