This video is actually a bit pointless of the moment. Currently from my experience the recent Gamepass updates have gotten it so Skyrims loose files work.
For anyone that is still having issues this will teach you a way to get around it. After numerous failures i figured out how to create a bsa from the loose files and combine it with an empty esp to get textures to load into the game.
This method should work for anyone, and give the option to compress non-audio loose files into bsa (max 2gb).
