My love of kombucha has driven me to begin brewing it myself at home! The first and most important step is acquiring a SCOBY (symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast). And I thought, there is no better way to get one than to make one!

What you'll need:
2 teabags of Black Tea
1 teabag of Green Tea
2 cups of water
1 muslin cloth
1 rubber band
1 glass quart jar (or bigger)
1/2 cup of sugar
1 bottle raw unflavored kombucha (GT preferred)
