After becoming The Doctor, known as Experiment 1354, he was reduced to organs (lungs, liver, and brain) that were stored and kept alive within Vital System Centers scattered around the factory. When he looked through the television, an eye surrounded by static images would appear on the screen. Doctors can also control the mechanical vessels around the chamber where the brain is located. When these vessels are active, a yellow eye with teeth around it will appear until it turns into a larger, more chaotic red eye when it starts to attack. One particular vessel stood out, wearing a black robe instead of a white one, alongside said robe which had no hood and bore little resemblance to a doctor's uniform. This appears to be the main container.
