1- Open 'Snapchat'
2- Tap profile picture
3- Tap settings icon
4- Scroll down on the screen
5- On 'Who can ..' section make the following changes to each setting under it,
Contact Me: Everyone
Send Me Notifications: Everyone
View My Story: Everyone
See My Location: My Friends
Use My Cameos Selfie: Everyone
See Me in Quick Add: Turned On
6- Come back, then tap your profile picture
7- Scroll down and tap ‘Create Public Profile’ under 'Public Profile' or Tap ‘Add to Snap Map’ under ‘Stories’ or the ‘Spotlight & Snap Map’ section depending on your device and version of the app. Tap on the '3-dot' icon beside this option
8- Now, tap 'Continue' then ‘Get Started’
9- Tap on 'Create'
10- You will be taken back to the ‘Settings’ page and there should now be a new section called ‘Public Profiles’ with a new ‘My Public Profile’ under it. Tap on it to get started
11- Now tap on ‘Edit Profile’ to edit all the details included in your public profile
12- That’s it! Fill in your details. You now have a new Public Profile on Snapchat
