RECIPE:
Ingredients: 125g warm butter, 100g powder sugar, 1 egg yolk, 1 pint of salt, insides of half a vanilla bean, lemon zest, 2g baking powder, 250g flour, decoration stuff, 100g icing sugar.
How to make:
- Mix the butter, sugar, yolk, vanilla, lemon, flour, powder. Make it like a mixing. Then put the baking powder.
- Put it in fridge for 2 hours.
- Take them out and spread the dough out, then cut it with decoration pieces or whatever shape you want.
- Put them in the oven at 190 degrees for 13-15 minutes until they are golden brown baked.
- Get fat and enjoy
