This video shows in depth tutorial to make anti-creep arrangement to OHE for Portal containing 4 tracks. Both end tracks and middle tracks require different setups.

At last insulator is placed before wire enters platform area as there should be no live wires or live 25kV conductors directly above platform area as per guidelines. Also for middle tracks, insulators are placed when wire crosses one track to another to make sure each track section wires are insulated from other track section wires.
